1. The service

DocNest helps you organise documents and track reminders, bills, vehicles, money and health information. It's provided free, "as is" and "as available".

2. Information, not advice

Document checklists, eligibility estimates, tax, loan, deposit, savings, credit and health calculators, and suggestions are general guidance for education and planning. They are not professional medical, tax, legal, insurance or investment advice, and they don't guarantee approvals or returns. Rules, rates and requirements change, so verify important decisions with the institution, authority or a qualified professional.

3. Emergency feature

SOS helps you contact people you choose. It depends on your phone, network, location services and the recipients. It is not a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency, call 112.

4. Your content & responsibility

You own your content. You're responsible for what you store and share, for keeping your phone secure, and for keeping your own backups. Google Drive backups are subject to Google's terms.

5. Ads & offers

Some screens show labelled ads or sponsored offers. Offers are provided by third parties under their own terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DocNest is not liable for losses arising from reliance on estimates, missed reminders, data loss or third-party services.
